All club events (this includes trips and gatherings) are listed on this page. The list contains a summary only of the details of each event.  Some events may have additional detailed information posted on the forum, in which case a link to the forum is provided.

Club events are generally run for club members, however non members may be included by special invitation.

How to apply and register for club events

If you’re not computer friendly, feel free to ring the Trip Coordinator for assistance.
All enquiries MUST go thru the Trip Coordinator, this is a club rule and must be strictly adhered to for insurance reasons.
When you apply for any event, make sure you are able to participate; “don’t” put your name down just in case, as this causes a lot of work and stress for the VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE.
If something crops up where you can’t participate, after putting your name down (EG. sickness, work, family), you must notify the Trip Coordinator immediately.  Please be considerate towards the members on the waiting list.

When you apply for a club event, the Trip Coordinator will confirm receipt of application and confirm you are listed to participate on the event or confirm you are on the waiting list.  The Trip Coordinator will pass relevant information to the Trip Leader, who will then communicate with the participants.

For more info or to book onto any club trips, treks or events please contact our trip coordinator, Lindsay on:
